Ingredients!

Fibre (Veggies and Salads): Handful of fresh spinach or any other greens you have in the fridge. 

Protein: 1 serving of your preferred protein powder, look for one that is unsweetened. 

Healthy Fats: 1/4-1/2 avocado or 2 tablespoons of MCT or coconut oil.

Chia Seeds: 2 tablespoons for added fibre and omega-3s

Liquid Base: 2 cups of unsweetened nut milk.

Optional Add-ins: For a touch of sweetness, you can include a handful of fresh or frozen berries.

Instructions.

Place the spinach, protein powder, avocado (or MCT/coconut oil), chia seeds, and optional add-ins in a high-powered blender.

Pour in the unsweetened nut milk as the liquid base.

Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy, adjusting the consistency to your liking.
